Eight mentors from Sights on Christ are going to take the challenge and hike the 4 tallest peaks in Texas on the weekend of March 20th. 

SOC has decided to use this opportunity to bring attention to our organization and host a fund raiser to support our 2020-2021 season. We are looking for companies and individuals who would be willing to pledge donations to SOC. There are several ways that you could pledge your support:

• Pledge a set amount per mile completed (approximately 20 miles total)

• Pledge a set amount per peak reached

• Pledge a set amount if the challenge is completed and all 4 peaks are reached

• Or choose to support SOC by making a donation

Sights On Christ is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, and we operate completely on fundrasing and donations. All SOC events are 100% free to the families of the child attending. We feel that every child should be introduced to the outdoors and more importantly to the word of God, so SOC covers all costs associated. This includes Bibles and study guides, T-shirts or sweatshirts and hats for each child to keep. We also provide their hunting licenses, and all gear that they need for the event as well as all of the meals and transportation.

We have the meat from the hunts processed and it is provided to the children’s families, used for meals at future events, or donated to local food pantries.
